I met with a few different fence companies. Night and day experience working with Siena, from the person who greeted me over the phone to the person who took my payment. Better and cheaper than the other names that I won't name! The guys who did the install got poured on for 8 hours and didn't complain once. Awesome finished product. I had Siena Fence install fencing in 2014 and return to finish the back in about 2017. I have been so impressed with their service. I’ve had some issues over the years with posts heaving in the heavy clay soil and the locks and latches breaking and not only have they always come out promptly to make the repairs but they’ve always fixed the issues for free. The most amazing thing was when my neighbor’s mowing company hit my fence and broke the rail and refused to admit responsibility or fix it (bad shout out to Paul’s Landscaping - shame on you) and Siena came out and replaced the entire fence rail immediately and refused to take any money for it. I couldn’t even believe it. Too bad the company that damaged it couldn’t have similar service. Siena’s fencing product is better than others and the service is unsurpassed. I am looking forward to having them install fencing in my next home as well.

Great company to work with. Their pricing was extremely competitive and I appreciated their upfront discussion about potential costs and options. Crew was highly professional and took the time to answer questions I had about exact gate placement, etc. Showed up when they said they would and on time for estimate and work! Would definitely recommend.

Replaced 140 feet of my backyard fence, it was a full day job, it started teeming rain during the end and they just powered though it. They used the hand diggers instead of the machine, to protect the neighbors' yard. Amazing effort. A couple days later I noticed one post was uneven by a few inches. They were likely trying adjust for the slope of my lawn., which was a fine call, but I reluctantly decided I did prefer it leveled out and called in to ask. They sent the team back a couple weeks later and redid the post. This is exceptional customer service! I could not be more pleased with my decision to hire Siena Fence.

There were a couple of details that had to be worked through, but at the end of the day I am happy with how things turned out. The crew that showed up were on time, professional and did a great job. I can also speak to the quality of both the installation and the product (Bufftech Chesterfield) over a span of several years -- the fence hasn't shifted in any way (a testament to Siena's installers) and hasn't shown any signs of fading or other wear (a testament to Bufftech products). Siena Fence just finished a fence install for me and I could not be happier with the whole experience, from beginning to end. Even in the pandemic, the estimator showed up on time (even called ahead to confirm appointment) and sent the estimate when he said he would; the staff always answered the phone right away and knew exactly who I was; the install was more arduous than anticipated but the workers were friendly and courteous no matter what. And the cedar fence! It is absolutely gorgeous. In short, I cannot recommend Siena highly enough. All the team members were extremely courteous and professional – thank you, Siena!!

With the pandemic and everything crazy....Siena fence came through!!! LOVE the fence, and Matt Jeremy and Eric were a pleasure to work with to get things started...and Josh's installation...and making sure everything was straightened up and looked perfect was more than I could ask for. We have contracted Siena for 4 fences at two homes over the last decade and we cannot say enough great things about the company. Reasonable pricing, excellent customer service, the installers are professional and respectful of your property, and they trouble shoot any obstacles encountered on the job with ease. Highly recommend them and we’ll never use anyone else for fencing. If you’ve had any kind of contract work done previously, you’ll understand what a rare find this is!
