ULTRA Aluminum fencing and railing products are guaranteed for life against defects in workmanship and/or materials. The Powercoat™ finish on all fencing and railing by Ultra is unconditionally guaranteed for life against cracking, peeling or chipping.
ULTRA is proud to offer this warranty under the following conditions:
A. The purchaser has registered the purchase within thirty (30) days of receipt of material.
B. Warranty excludes product failure caused by negligence, abuse, accident, shipping, mishandling, improper use or installation, exposure to corrosive elements or acts of God.
Except as specifically provided herein, ULTRA makes no other warranties express or implied.
